Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after shipment. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
High-Demand Periods and Delays
Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or periods of high order volume. These periods include, but are not limited to

Holiday season including Christmas and New Year
Major sales events or promotions
Carrier disruptions or capacity issues
During these times, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
Any request to modify the delivery address after shipment is made at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from an address change request.
Delivery Confirmation
An order marked as Delivered by the carrier is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered but claimed as not received.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is not marked as delivered, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution times depend on the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made only after the investigation is completed.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
